One of the Cap'n's dirty secrets is that he watches The Soup every weekend on E! I think Joel McHale is hilarious, plus he makes fun of nearly everyone stupid enough to go on tv. It's comedy gold! Anyway, this past weekend he showed a clip of an "unscripted" moment with Elmo on Martha Stewart's new talk show.
